They have a comfortable waiting area offer coffee, water, snacks and have shuttle service. They give you detailed text updates with what they have done, pricing, and needed or recommended service. The Assistant Service Manager Troy was welcoming, attentive, respectful. I appreciated them taking great care of my vehicle and am grateful for the positive experience. I had been looking for a very specific truck all over when I found a truck that fit the bill at Fred Beans, Bob reached out promptly and I’m glad it was him.
