“Idk who all these paid reviews are but this dealership and service team are awful. I wouldn’t go here for free! My Tucson was involved in the recall, which a service manager told my husband 2 years before it was announced. Once my Tucson started to have a problem in 2020, I was told they didn’t have techs “because you can’t train virtually” -Donna Feliciano, service dept. the problem got worse, started to near stall. Was told again by the same person no appts available. I finally got it in-as it was dying while driving and the same person told me “it was fine and the power just isn’t getting to the engine”. Well, the car DIED on 100 and I needed a tow to be serviced. They did NOTHING. Too much running around with Hyundai America in Cali and this service dept and eventually told “if I got it in there sooner MAYBE something could be salvaged” but there were no techs????? Then the dealership was being renovated and at a temp space???? Eventually they offered me an engine with 90k miles for $8,000 that likely is an engine involved in the recall. I had to cover all the costs for rentals, Ubers and labor for nothing to be rectified! Let the recall, it was ALL to be covered. If you’re smart, you’d consider any dealer over Hyundai.”

“I was initially greeted by Tyler when I first entered the dealership, he was very polite, not pushy at all. He told me his job was to help me find a vehicle very that made me happy. He went out of his way to find the different vehicles I was interested in considering for for pas urchase or lease. I leased a 2026 Kona and am absolutely loving my choice. Everybody I dealt with at Colonial was just really nice good people who care about the customer first. Thank you for your outstanding service and I can say this was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. Definitely will be recommending Colonial to friends and loved ones. I know I will definitely be back for my next car.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Colonial Hyundai in Downingtown and, in particular, Christopher Stevens. This is my second time working with Chris, and once again he made the entire process fast, thoughtful, and genuinely customer-centered. I reached out with a complicated situation involving a lease, significantly higher mileage due to a job change that has me traveling all over Pennsylvania, and questions about the smartest path forward. Chris took the time to really understand the situation, walked me through the options clearly, and helped me think through the math without any pressure. What really stood out this time was the personal touch and flexibility. Coordinating calls while I was literally driving between locations — it never felt transactional. It felt like working with someone who actually cares about the relationship, not just the sale. I also want to give a huge shout-out to James, who delivered the vehicle to me today. “Purchased a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta this week from Colonial Hyundai and I could not have had a better experience! Michael was so informative, friendly, and helpful from start to finish and made sure to walk me through every step of the buying process and was very honest and straightforward. I did not feel pressured to purchase but I ended up leaving with a car the same day anyways thanks to the awesome team there. We even got a tour of the dealership. I left feeling very confident in my purchase and have had my car for a few days now and can say I absolutely love it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for outstanding service!”
