“Zeigler is an awesome car dealership. I love the beautiful facility in Downers Grove. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. Daren is the best. He took the time to tell me about the vehicle. I had the vehicle over 5 years. The vehicle has been a great vehicle. I always come to Ziegler to get oil change and service. Daren always take the time to ask me, “how is everything going?” I like that he still checks up on me after 5 years of selling me the vehicle.
I will definitely buy another vehicle from Zeigler.”

“I had a great experience both times I visited this dealership!!
The first time, Eddie Chacon helped me through the process to drive off the lot with my BMW X4 in December 2024!! The process was very, very smooth and I was very satisfied with the service!!
My second visit was with Lanny Lancaster who helped me lease a Jeep Wrangler with my Partner!! He had great energy, and we could tell that his goal was to help us drive off the lot with the vehicle we wanted!! Very great customer service and amazing at what he does!!
I would recommend this dealership to anyone!!”

“I brought my 2019 Durango RT in for warranty work in August. A number of things were taken care of but I had nothing but issues with the Service Department. I’ve had my vehicle in and out of there a number of times over a period of almost 3 months. During this time my vehicle was damaged with scratches in the front fender, had to chase down the Service Manager (who forgot about calling me to fix with the damage and other times throughout my visits), a Service Department/Manager who has had a horrible track record with further appointments of letting me know what has been going on and making me wait. Thus always leaving more questions than answers. They did attempt to resolve one of the main issues but failed to find the problem. Even after begging them to reach out to other dealers from the second service visit, they didn’t do so until the last visit which I believe was the 5th visit. I had also requested Mopar multiple times to be involved which they never did either.
An offer was presented to take my vehicle to another Zeigler even after they told me they consulted with other dealer Service Departments. When I agreed that this was a good idea to have another dealership look at it within Zeigler, the narrative changed a little bit. The Service Manager stated I would need to take it to a completely different dealership and let them work on it. They have exhausted their resources on my vehicle but will cover the $100 deductible. They didn’t seem to care of my concerns with why another dealership would want to take on this issue from another dealer and stated they were not willing to continue warranty work.
After taking my Durango to another dealership we were able to come to a conclusion after getting Mopar involved. I submitted the receipt to the Service Manager at Zeigler of DG and have yet to see the $100 after correspondence via email a couple times back and forth for over a month. Even when I was there during the multiple visits, a couple of the sales guys couldn’t believe what was going on. I would completely steer clear of this Dealership and especially the Service Department. Get your Warranty work done elsewhere. Their word means nothing here!”

“🚩 My 2023 Dodge Durango SRT 392 Was Damaged While in Zeigler Dodge of Downers Grove’s Care – Then Mishandled
I brought my 2023 Dodge Durango SRT 392 to Zeigler Dodge of Downers Grove on August 6, 2025 for warranty work on a low-coolant message and a “Rear Right Turn Signal Out” warning.
They replaced the radiator under warranty but claimed my rear right tail-light assembly was cracked and therefore not covered, quoting over $1,100.
No walk-around inspection was done when I dropped off the vehicle. I am 100 % sure that crack was not present beforehand.
My own interior camera later showed non-service staff walking up to my SUV, taking personal cell-phone photos of my aftermarket sound system, and an employee inside my car on a personal call who disconnected my dash cam after realizing it was recording.
The Service Director (Paige Moore) and General Manager (Darren Donofrio) were immediately defensive, refused to investigate, and denied warranty “in-house” rather than submitting a real claim to Stellantis.
After continuing to drive, the turn signal eventually failed from water intrusion in the cracked housing.
On September 29 at Jack Phelan Dodge in Countryside IL, a far more professional dealership found the actual root cause — an internal wiring-harness issue, not the crack. They replaced the wiring and repaired everything under warranty except the cracked lamp.
I purchased a new tail light from them at a lower price and they confirmed the warning will clear once the harness installation is complete.
This proves the original problem existed before the crack, meaning Zeigler Downers Grove misdiagnosed and mishandled the entire situation. Whether the crack was accidental or not, it occurred under their supervision, and I will never trust them with my vehicle again.”
