I recently visited Bill Kay Nissan in Downers Grove to discuss my daughter’s lease options, which is set to expire in three months. However, my experience quickly exceeded expectations thanks to Nick Z, the dealership manager. Nick‘s hand-on approach and dedication to customer satisfaction made us feel truly valued, and ultimately, we left in a brand new 2026.5 Rock Country Nissan Rouge. I also want to recognize Randall for the excellent service he provided throughout the process. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate their service and 11. If you’re considering purchasing or leasing your next vehicle, I would highly recommend visiting this dealership.

My experience here was outstanding. John Anderson did an amazing job helped me pick out my Mazda cx-30 AWD within the variety of used vehicles they have to offer! I couldn’t be more happy with the car and the long lasting warranty I got through bill kay Nissan. They will not let you down, I came in, knowing the monthly rate I wanted to be at and left with the keys to my new car! Outstanding service.

I Had an amazing experience at Bill Kay Nissan, and huge part of that was thanks to the Manager John Anderson and Sales Rep Eraldo. They gave me the best Experience I've ever had and made the entire process super easy and stress free. I purchased a 2023 Chevy Malibu on 11/1/25. After paying my down payment and completing the transaction, I learned the vehicle only came with one key. This was disappointing, and the only solution offered was a contact for someone who could make an additional key—at my own expense. Five days later, my car would not start and I was told the battery was already dead — how is that possible on a vehicle I just purchased? When I called the service department, I was told I would need to bring the vehicle in, despite the dealership being 40 miles away. I was also informed that the battery would not be covered under the extended warranty. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but I do not recommend this dealership. The experience feels shady in multiple ways, and at this point, it seems there isn’t much that can be done. I will not be returning.
