“Today I had a wonderful experience at Ocean Mazda Service! 👏👏👏👏 My 18-year-old son took his newly purchased Mazda Miata Grand Touring in for a general diagnostic, and I must say the service was excellent in every way: they took their time with the car, did a very thorough job, the explanation and communication with the customer about the car was meticulous and detailed, they clearly presented the options to us to prioritize the work on the car, and they gave us clear and appropriate suggestions for upcoming maintenance. The wait was also very comfortable (considering we were there for several hours, from 9 am to 3 pm). But above all, my young son was treated with great respect by all the staff. “I went to service my NC2 Miata and everything was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, the showroom was presentable, the waiting room was comfortable, the mechanics were straightforward, and overall a great atmosphere. The lenght of your wait will, of course, depend on what you're doing to your car; in my opinion the wait time was very reasonable considering how busy they were. The staff is also fully bilingual (English and Spanish) which I think is a huge plus. There is complementary coffee and WiFi in the waiting room as well, which makes the wait all the more comfortable. While they do offer vehicles in case you need to leave yours for an extended period of time, I'm not sure if they are complementary or not, as it was not my case. As a whole, it was a great experience, and I will certainly be servicing my car there in the future.”
