“I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership for nearly ten years, and my experience has always been amazing. My loved ones have also purchased cars here, which says a lot about the trust we have in this team.
I came here to buy my first car after repeated poor experiences with Uber and Lyft drivers. I was ready for something reliable of my own. Gerry helped me, and it honestly felt like working with family. He was transparent, patient, and made buying my first car alone a comfortable and positive experience.
I kept that car through the end of my financing and later upgraded to a newer model of the same car. The process was just as smooth the second time around.
The service department is also excellent, shout out to Luis, Henry, and Eli for always taking great care of me. Highly recommend!”

“This was honestly a very frustrating experience and a complete waste of time.
I started the process to buy a BMW 760 xDrive fully online. I went through every step: got approved for financing, had my credit run, and paid for shipping since the car was coming from Massachusetts to the Miami Doral location. I was told the whole process would take about two weeks. It ended up taking over three.
The day I was supposed to pick up the car, literally right before arriving at the dealership, I got a call telling me that I wouldn’t be able to pay the $5,000 down payment with a credit card. This was never mentioned during the online process or by the person I spoke with throughout the purchase.
At that point, I was already there and ready to move forward anyway, even willing to pay with my debit card after waiting so long. When I asked to see the car, that’s when they finally told me the vehicle had been damaged during transport and that the entire front bumper was broken.
No one had informed me of this ahead of time. Not once.
In the end, I didn’t get the car. After more than three weeks of waiting, running my credit, and being told everything was set, the car I was promised arrived damaged and undisclosed. The lack of communication and transparency was ureal!
Even more, the sales person Carlos didn’t even offer alternatives for similar cars in the store, nothing. They simply didn’t care about retaining our business
Very disappointing experience overall.”

“I bought my car from carmax in Miami lakes, as the sales agent was just driving my car to me so I can leave she hit it against a pole causing a dent. After 3 hours the paperwork was done and they said I can either refund or take it back to carmax for a free repair. Obviously I opted for the free repair. I took it to this location (Doral) and they took 8 days to “fix” it. The said they needed to repaint the entire side of damage. After a long time when I got it back, not only was it extremely dirty and not how I left it, there was trim pieces out of place, they didn’t fix the rain window trim it was all wobbly. There was new scratches on my dash. 3 days later. The paint began to chip and crease on its own. I can see through a certain part that they didn’t even sand down properly the previous layer of paint. so obviously it’s gonna chip. On top of this I got the car back with some new warning on my dash. Now I have to take it back to them again so they can fix it. Overall horrible experience. The images provided isn’t even all the damage. I just don’t even have all the pictures. Carmax needs to stop cheaping on repairs. I expect some sort of compensation for this major repeated inconvenience besides free repairs.”
