“Overall the facility is great. The service rendered is well done. However certain logistical and customer face saying issues mar the overall experience. Each time I brought in my car for service there seems to always be a disconnect between one services rendered and the front office for the service department in terms of timely updates and even explanations as to what is going on with the car. Am I most recent experience dropped the car off in the morning received a video going over what need to be done for the car and a statement that the car will be ready soon. Never receive any further correspondence from my actual service advisor about wind actually pick up the car. Rest over there and was told to go to the cashier to pay out and pick up my vehicle. Now the type of experience one would expect from a luxury dealership. If you wish to have good service in terms of the actual car this is a place to go. In terms of customer related experience may want to look at elsewhere.”
