“Unless they are cheating the system somehow, I don't see how this place could be getting the stars they do. As far as I am concerned, the place is a racket, the people working there are aware, and the only reason they can get away with it is due to people's ignorance and the dealership's location on the mainline. Last year I was told my Q4 needed tires, I asked why with the car only having 20k, and they said because the car needed an alignment. I asked if it was normal for a car to need an alignment at 20k, they said yes, I asked them to evaluate because I did not agree, they refused to consult Audi or anyone else, and instead continued pushing tires and an alignment. Begrudgingly I asked for a quote for tires as regardless of why, the car was unsafe. They wanted almost $2k for four tires and $400+ for an alignment! They were trying to sell me the tires for almost 150% over MSRP. I was able to take the car to a local tire shop, and for less than $1200 had 4 new Michelin tires and an alignment. Today I take the car to them after waiting a month for a service appointment for "inspection due" flashing on the dash. I stand in the reception area while the advisor fumbles for a few minutes not knowing how to price the work he wants to sell. Finally I prompt him for an estimate, and he quotes $700+ to look at the car. $900+ if I want to buy the inspection work plus a new heat pump and refrigerant. I ask what I get for this, and it is nothing more than an inspection and the optional parts for $200. He says he will try to throw those in if I buy the $700+ inspection and that is the price set by Audi USA. I ask where my keys are and leave without another word. I'm not sure why this is passing as acceptable, but they are charging for their time to find issues with people's cars, and at a premium an consultant would be proud of. Well people, you have been warned. Ask questions, understand what they are doing for the money you pay them, and make informed decisions. I'm not impressed or trusting whatsoever of this place, the people who work there, or Audi USA.”

“Walk in and ask for Gary Smith. Truly the best car buying experience we've ever had. We came in looking for an S5, replacing our old A4, and were on a test drive within 10 minutes. Loved the drive but had some very specific, hard to find options we wanted on the vehicle. Gary went to work on finding the right configuration and dealt with us extremely fairly with the price on top of the Costco rebate. In the end we were very happy with the price, but when the car we wanted would not be released by the sending dealership, Gary worked well past closing to find another car with not only the same configuration, but MORE options (the sport exhaust and carbon package, valued at nearly 3k). Even better, they honored the original price. On the day of delivery, Gary ensured that the detailing on the car was perfect and stayed well after closing to take us through all the features of the car personally, also making sure we were registered with myAudi. Audi Devon was a pleasure to work with, but it was Gary specifically who made the experience truly great. Absolutely love the car (and the final price)!”

“Lee, the service manager at Audi Devon was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, helpful, and truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. He and his team went above and beyond to repair my coolant system issue, treating me with respect and making me a priority every step of the way. The turnaround time was very efficient, and the quality of work was outstanding. Additionally, the service tech Andre was fantastic—friendly, understanding, and very accommodating. This was the best dealership experience I’ve ever had, and in my opinion, Audi Devon is the best Audi dealership in Pennsylvania. Thank you again!!!”
