“This was my Spouse and I 1st time coming to this location to get an oil change we usually go to the Southfield Location. The staff were nice, However they were really busy with other tasks they had to do so they kinda slacked a little on customer service. But we can definitely understand when a place is short handed they're going to be focused on getting their task complete. This location is nice and the lobby is super comfortable and cozy. They have coffee and a tea machine, a TV to watch, comfortable sitting, and some vending machine in the hallway just in case you get hungry and want a snack or a beverage other than the free coffee and tea they offer. The oil change took about 3 hours that was long for an scheduled online Oil change. But it looked like they were short handed on mechanics. But regardless we we're happy we we're able to get it done and checked off our list. We definitely recommend this location as an additional place to take your Chevy vehicle for maintenance and repair. Only thing we wish is that the parts cost cheaper but everything nowadays is expensive.”
