“Awesome buying (+trading) experience! Quick, efficient, fair - and Bahman is the MAN! 💪 There's a reason he has about 1,000 awards in his office - the guy is unstoppable. Ask for him if you can! We still owe him a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger though. 😁 Thank you Bahman, and thank you Phil Long Ford, it was exactly what the buying experience SHOULD be. LOVING the new F-150 already!”

“I was greeted when I arrived which was a nice gesture. When it comes to negotiating, giving the sales rep some leeway to make decisions rather than having to check with their manager would be nice. Overall it was a great experience as I knew what I wanted.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with Phil Long Ford while attempting to purchase a vehicle remotely.
From the start, I was clear that I was an out-of-state buyer located several states away and that I would be relying on accurate descriptions and detailed photos to make an informed decision. Despite requesting transparency multiple times, significant interior condition issues were never disclosed by the dealership.
The vehicle was represented as being in good/very good condition. However, only after a friend physically went to the dealership to inspect the vehicle on my behalf did the true interior condition become apparent. The interior has considerable scratching, scuffing, and markings throughout multiple areas, including the rear console and door panels — none of which were mentioned or clearly shown in the photos initially provided.
Thankfully, I had a friend local to the dealership while I was three states away. Without that in-person inspection, these issues would not have been discovered prior to moving forward.
⸻
Risk to Remote Buyers
What makes this especially concerning is that I had already informed the salesperson (AJ) that I was prepared to place a deposit on the vehicle. Had my friend not been able to inspect the vehicle in person, I would have likely proceeded with the deposit and only learned about the true interior condition after the fact.
That scenario puts remote buyers at a clear disadvantage and highlights why full disclosure upfront is critical when a customer cannot physically see the vehicle.
⸻
Photos Attached
The attached photos were taken by my friend during an in-person inspection and show interior wear and damage that was not previously disclosed or represented by the dealership. These images illustrate why transparency is especially critical for out-of-state buyers.
⸻
There was also inconsistent communication regarding pricing structure and how taxes would be handled for an out-of-state purchase, which further undermined confidence in the process.
I would strongly caution anyone purchasing remotely to insist on an independent inspection and not rely solely on the information or photos initially provided. Transparency matters — particularly for out-of-state buyers — and unfortunately, that was lacking here.”

“I worked with Moses and Patrick. I’ve never owned a brand new car ever and Moses helped me get the deal I wanted. He was patient, kind and made us comfortable. The building itself is nice and spacious. Plenty of coffee to go around. I am so excited for my new car! Thank you!”

“Was in town for a concert, got a wild hair and stopped in to see what kind of deal I could get from a high volume dealer since there are none in my area. Hamid was my salesman, very friendly and easy to work with. The sales manager he was working with went above and beyond to get me the best possible deal. Seriously the fastest I’ve even been in and out of a large dealer. I would 100% buy from them again.”
