“Had only a bad experience! I was interested in a car and Jonathan had contacted me about it. Then he wouldn't tell me anymore other than a video that was too fast and I couldn't tell much. I've asked him to send me a better one and one showing the panel how it's working. It's been 2 days and I haven't heard from him since. He did this to me twice now. Didn't get a sale from me and won't. From the reviews I've read I am very happy I did not buy a car from there. Remember the name Jonathan. He talks good to tell you what he wants you to know. If you're thinking of buying a car here I would definitely have a mechanic look at it first. Good luck”

“As a return customer who unfortunately will not be returning again, I wanted to share my honest experience with Sign It Drive It. To start on a positive note, my salesman, Andres, did a fine job during the initial process. I also received an email about a “$250 value manager special” that the finance manager agreed would be applied to a service, which I appreciated. However, as many people know, once papers are signed it can sometimes be difficult to get follow-up support. I had to jump through several hoops and persist multiple times before I was finally able to speak with Isaac, one of the floor managers. Isaac did a great job listening to my concerns and working toward a solution, and I truly appreciate his effort to make things right. Weeks later, I brought my car in for the agreed-upon oil change and detail. Unfortunately, when I picked up my vehicle this morning, I was very disappointed with the “detail” service. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but what I received fell far below a reasonable standard. There were dirty footprints left behind, and basic areas like the dashboard hadn’t even been wiped down. The attached photos speak for themselves. The only reason this review earns two stars is because of Isaac’s attempt to resolve the earlier issue. As someone who has been in sales for many years, I firmly believe one thing remains true in this industry: a satisfied customer will always do two things — return and refer. Sadly, that won’t be the case here.”

“This dealership offers a different type of buying experience. They are transparent with no add-ons and no frills. No extra add on charges. The previously owned vehicles we looked at were very clean but had not undergone a thorough detail process. In other words, scratches and chips had not been filled in and covered up where can be washed away after a few wash jobs. No surprises. Our dealings were with two different Sales Associates Dexter and Casey during our buying experience, and we would recommend both.”
