“Got a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas from this place. After a week the car battery died. I called the sales guy Max who sold me the car and seemed to be a reasonable person and explained about the battery died and asked what about the 125 points inspection which they claimed at the time of the sale . He said he will call me back right away BUT he never called back. Stay away from this dealership . Went to Volkswagen dealership and paid $580 for battery . Also check engine light appeared. The overhead console was little shaking and now after few days it is shaking a lot. It’s a $22k car and they sold me junk .i wished i could attach video with overhead console shaking noise which is too loud”

“Nice facility, waiting room and lounge with fireplace. Very courteous and helpful staff. Good selection of cars, without a lot of dealer add-ons that drive up price. Seem willing to negotiate price and even offered to let me take car home for test drive, one evening. I would return. 🤠”

“This was an outstanding car-buying experience! If you visit, definitely ask for Jeremy. He was incredibly kind and guided me through every step of the process with ease. There was no high-pressure sales tactics or endless haggling over the price. Jeremy was transparent, clearly writing down the car’s cost and explaining all the discounts included. The whole process was refreshingly straightforward.
I selected the cars I was interested in from their website, and when I arrived, Jeremy had them ready for me to inspect. He was not only helpful but also very knowledgeable about the vehicles.
The dealership appears to be locally owned, which is a great touch. Jeremy mentioned that the owner has lunch with the staff every Saturday, fostering a positive culture and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service. The employees seemed happy to be there.
I also arranged to have the car’s windows tinted the next day, conveniently setting up the appointment during the purchase.
Financing was seamless and stress-free, with no pushy sales pitches for warranties, speeding up the process even more.
It was such a relief to buy a car without all the usual back-and-forth. Thanks to Jeremy and the gentleman who assisted with financing and purchasing. I wish I remembered his name to give proper credit.
I’ll update this review with photos after the window tinting. If you want a smooth, hassle-free car buying experience this dealership is the place to go.”

“I am very pleased with my new purchase today with the 2026 Santa Cruz and the whole process was made even better by Steven Mobley! This purchase took a couple of months to finalize just because I wasn’t ready and he was very patient, not pushy, extremely professional and followed up! “Jeremy is truly the best to work with!! Super passionate about his work and what he talks about! This is my second car I have purchased with Hyundai Eckert, and both times were smooth sailing!!! I originally had a 2019 Tucson which I very much loved that SUV; however, I always had something that kept pulling me to their Santa Cruz, and finally, Jeremy was able to sell me my 2025 Santa Cruz on October 17th. But Jeremy also sold my mom a 2026 Palisade on October 13, soo let’s just say Jeremy knows what he’s talking about!
