“Had great experience buying my Mazda at Denton Mazda. Thanks to Kim Payne who guided me and got me updated all the time when waiting for my Mazda to arrive. He even arrived before the opening late morning to get my Mazda prepared! When I was there 30 minutes before the appointment he had ALREADY been there doing all the stuff! Was very pleased with his professionalism! Also can't help mentioning Andrew Myers the finance guy who guided me on all the financial details. The price was reasonable and there was no pushing when suggesting premium services, accepted only service at dealership and the price was reasonable too.”

“We were looking for a car earlier this year. The only reason we considered Mazda & this dealership was that Mazda Denton was the only showroom in DFW area that was not ripping off customers in the name of price adjustment. At that time, Toyota, Honda and other Mazda dealerships were charging at least $3,000 to $7,000 above MSRP. It was initially difficult to get a response from one of their online sales member; however, once that issue was resolved, the whole process went very smooth. There was no price adjustments or hidden costs involved. We paid not a penny more then MSRP. And we love our Mazda as well. Highly recommend this dealership.”

“The past week and a half has been nothing but top notch service. After a 'hiccup' with a recent service visit, the response was greatly appreciated! After my original email Angela followed up by 8:30 the following morning with a personal phone call (not a email, a phone call ... that was refreshing rather than just communication through technology). I was unable to take the call, however we did end up speaking a day or two later. At that time I believe she was even tending to her little one who was not feeling well that day. That was above and beyond what was expected, and at that point I knew that she would take care of my concerns and most of all she listened. Each time we spoke she was very kind, followed up quickly and continued to go above and beyond what was expected. When dropping off my car on Tuesday Johnny was great, quick and took great care of me (even though this visit was not a run of the mill service visit). Today Angela called me to explain what was able to be done, and what part we would be responsible for. She even called to let me know they were all done with my car, that she was leaving for the day and that Junior would be there to check me out when I got there. When I arrived this evening Junior took GREAT care to get me finished out and on my way home quickly. The entire experience today was very refreshing and pleasant … not many places care enough to do that anymore. A little "shout out" to Amanda ...she checked me in a couple of weeks ago, however was not going to be there when I picked up the next day, my total time with Amanda before today was maybe 5-10 minutes however she made a point to come over, call me by name, say hello, ask how my day was, she even walked me to my car after I was done! It is those little things that confirm that I will be back to see y’all!”
