“My grandmother and I came in for a service call on our car and were possibly interested in a trade in. We were directed to the sales department and worked with Charleson, who did an absolutely fantastic job making sure we were both taken care of. We honestly did not come in expecting to get a new car, but we ended up leaving with one.
He was extremely polite, courteous, and helpful, and he explained everything in great detail to make sure we both understood the entire process. He made everything feel easy and stress free. Overall, we had a great experience with this dealership, especially working with Charleson.”

He was extremely professional, outgoing, and genuinely easy to connect with. Justin, the General Manager, worked tirelessly to make the numbers fit our budget and was even available by phone after hours to approve last-minute changes we requested. Shirley from the finance team was a pleasure to work with as well—kept the process fun with jokes and even complimented our trade-in. “I highly recommend Grieco Nissan of Delray. I recently had tires replaced and a full diagnostic, they were very professional and the work was done in a timely manner.
UPDATE: I stopped back into Grieco Nissan today and had an excellent trade-in experience! Big Mike called me to check in and arranged for an exciting vehicle upgrade. He was super helpful, working with my budget and honestly changed my perspective on customer support. Big Mike worked with his leadership team to get me out of a used vehicle and into a brand new, fully loaded 2026 Kicks!
