“Bought a beautiful GMC truck in September 2025 with a work order to get a small piece of leather repaired as a term of our purchase. We were told that it would be an easy fix and could be done very quickly by the service center. Its been over 4 months now and no repair has been made. We've contacted the dealership countless times with no luck. Note to other buyers: get your repairs done BEFORE you sign a contract! Also, they will not give a loaner car when repairs are made. We live an hour away and just have to sit in the dealership ALL DAY!!!! RIDICULOUS.... Something else to note: our saleman (Joe Jones) was a great salesman. He is very personable. However in our experience, he makes endless promises with no intention to keep them, return phone calls, or follow up. Lastly, the service center is negligent and does shotty repairs. Our truck has been serviced at this location once to repair the cameras. My husband picked up the truck at the service center and the right fender wheel was completely unclipped. When questioned about this, the service technician said, "didn't you bring it in that way?".... and we had to explain, No, we just bought the truck a week prior! Not to mention we found several scratches on the truck after this repair as well.”
