“Visiting from PA got a flat on my X5 as I was arriving to where I was staying at 8:30 pm. Called roadside in am, and ordered tow…and who connected me to BMW Delray my closest dealer. Had tow collect me and had called for appointment as suggested and had an appointment, already by time tow came. To dealer and service advisor, Joe, got me in and tire was available at dealer and work completed by 10:30am and washed and on my way! What an excellent job, Joe! 💯 and beyond. Impressed, to be sure.
