“Overall, the experience was good, I guess. This was our first purchase of a new vehicle out of state. We had a hiccup with FedEx in the contract for signatures which took longer than usual and another hiccup in finding someone to deliver it to Missouri. Some Ford warranty work will be needed for a couple of issues and hopefully the Kunes dealership will come through on those. So far we’ve been unsuccessful in finding a local dealership to do the Ford warranty issues since it wasn’t purchased at their facility. Zachary, our sales person, was very communicative and responsive when we had questions, which helped ease some of the anxiety. He was very pleasant to work with.”
