“I recently purchased a 2023 Audi A4 from Autobahn USA, Dedham. I am pleased with the vehicle itself, and in the end, the dealership did stand behind the sale—but the process required significant follow-up and escalation. During my test drive, I noticed the Audi pre-sense warning light illuminated, which indicates a potential issue with the vehicle's safety system designed to detect obstacles and prevent collisions; this system is known as Audi pre-sense. It was dismissed as snow/salt. After purchase, Audi confirmed the system required recalibration (covered under factory warranty). Shortly thereafter, a check engine light appeared. Audi identified the cause as aftermarket radiator components from a previous front-end repair. That repair totaled approximately $3,600 and was not covered under warranty; Autobahn ultimately approved and paid for it. Other issues included: Vehicle not ready at appointment $999 LoJack add-on removed only after pushback Loan paperwork error requiring in-person bank visit Vehicle delivered with only one key (not disclosed) Alignment issue Delayed registration/insurance processing Upon raising the issue, the showroom salesperson visibly lost patience. After escalating to management, communication improved, and the repairs were handled appropriately. I appreciate that management ultimately resolved the issues. However, several of these items should have been addressed before delivery. I would be cautious about returning and would likely purchase any extended warranty directly from Audi in the future.”

I was a little nervous about doing this but I have to say that this turned out to be a top experience. Peter was gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful. He told excellent care of me and the car. He helped me with a pre-inspection and walked me through the paper work. Their finance department was also very professional and easy to work with. I can highly recommend them as an honest and fair company with excellent people. Bottom line is it was a very good experience.”
