“Horrible service! Dropped our car off on November 17th for a repair under warranty. They didn’t even look at the car or order any parts until the 25th of November. Well here we are on December 9th and they haven’t even started the repairs. Per our purchase agreement we are supposed to get a loaner car. They refused to do that. So now we are out of pocket for a rental car. No one calls to update me on what’s going on. I have to call and I’m always told that the manager will give me a call. He has not called once! This place is a joke and we will be selling our carASAP so we don’t have to deal with them anymore”
