“I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with “WHITE-ALLEN CHEVROLET” !! I have had an experienced that was really bad at another dealership, opposite of Dayton.. and decided to try this dealership to buy my dream truck. The experience was top of the line. Everything went smooth and how it should have legally . ( not like the other guys at my first pick) Thank goodness Doug was my chosen sales person and my dream truck was sitting on their lot waiting to be chosen. My sales person was Doug Hoagland. He is so wonderful to work with. I had a truck in mind that I wanted to look at and which I did….. But Doug was patient with me, deciding on multiple truck and test driving them. Down to earth guy. I Had chosen two trucks to choose from and he was so patient with me. I didn’t feel rushed. I was at my leisure, even though other customers were coming in. He was focused on what I wanted . Great customer service!!!! Doug and his New Car Sales Manager Bo Johnson, worked great wonders. They listened what I wanted and they made it happen. A big shout out to you guys Thank you so so so much . And the Financial guy. Sorry I forgot your name . I apologize, but you also made it a breeze. “It was a very smooth and great experience. Ashlea was great at selling me my new vehicle. I told her what vehicle I was interested in, color, new, and where I expected my payments to be. She showed me a selection of trailblazers while doing a great job explaining the vehicle and its features. I also received a great trade in value for the charger I traded in. Between her and the whole team, I was able to walk out with my new trailblazer the same day where I wanted the payments to be and all my needs were met. I would highly recommended white Allen for anyone purchasing a vehicle.”

“Hello, we were searching around for a suv to hold all four of our children, three in car seat. No fun, but with no time before the newborn arrives we did it, we bought a 2025 new suburban off the showroom floor. Now, the problems started almost immediately as I was signing my life away next door my wife found that the passenger back door was just a little off. Slightly out of line. No problem we’re told. We had to leave it anyway to get paint and carpet treatment, so they would just adjust the door and all would be fine. A day or two goes by and you get the call that they cannot adjust the door. They’ve tried several times and something must be crooked. We could leave it the way it was or get a new door put on. Hard choice since we didn’t even drive the car yet, but they ordered the door while we took possession. In the end, it was the only choice because if you went through a car wash, you could hear the whistling through the seal that was not closed completely. One month goes by a little back-and-forth and we finally get the door in and put on. Looked right when you picked it up on a gloomy evening that is until the sun comes out. The swirls and just different color completely stands out on this just over 1000 mile brand spanking new car. In fairness, they say it has to wait 30 to 60 days and then it can be polished or buffed, but it looks dreadful. They’re currently still working with us sort of, I mean we’re gonna wait 60 days and then see what happens. I’ll update then, but here’s the pictures of a somewhat dirty vehicle but when the sun hits it. Sidenote The Service, Department, and the body shop people have been extremely nice and professional, just the fact that we have to do this is the annoying part. Will keep this updated and add a couple pictures after it’s washed too. *** Update*** I believe they may have fixed it. I stated before it was hard to see unless in direct sunlight. I even missed it myself when picking it up the first time. I believe they had to color match and re-spray the door and polished it up. All in all now I believe it’s looking pretty good. The wife will keep a sharp eye on it as we still have to wait 60 days before the Ziebart finishing. But as of today everyone’s happy. They were quick to jump in and address this issue while being super nice and accommodating. Thank you from the Smiths, for our people hauler. 👍🏽 *update* was really hopeful that we got it. But then the swirls make an appearance in direct sun again! Don’t know what to do here. They are going to attempt to buff this out again fingers crossed this time. I feel bad for taking it back. Has to be a pain.”
