“Im giving this 5 star review to Tonisha Austin who was working the service desk when I visited. Shes very knowledgeable, quick, helpful, and SUPER kind. Someone give her a raise, haha. I visited last Friday in regards to an issue with my new car I got through CarMax. The wait time for my car to be looked at was very long, which was not my favorite part about my visit. Tonisha was very patient with me as I was trying to communicate with her and wrangle my toddler, haha. Ask for her if you need help. Shes great!”

“I really had a great experience with the staff at CarMax in Davie. They were very professional, no BS, no hassle at all. They gave me a great price on my trade-in compared to others and the vehicle that I bought was price competitively and is in perfect condition. I've had it for a couple weeks and I could tell you it's almost like brand new. I was in and out of there in probably 1 hour. Everything done, tag transferred, vehicle washed. Boom. I would absolutely do business there again. If you happen to go, I would strongly recommend asking for a guy named Ash. He's very experienced and extremely efficient.”

She arranged a loaner vehicle for me and ensured all warranty items were completed with a very quick turnaround. “I had a great experience at CarMax. When I first came in I was greeted by Ash and that’s who ended up being my sales person. I brought my current car in for an appraisal because I was looking to trade my car in and once I had an offer, Ash helped me look through the cars they had. I had no idea what I wanted and he helped me look and decide on what would be best for me. He was very caring in what my needs were and my budget. He was also very honest. He took me to test drive the Tesla I was interested in and I ended up buying a Tesla with only 17k miles on it. !!! I love my car I’m soooo happy!
