“I scheduled an appointment for a transmission fluid drain and fill at Kelly Infiniti based on the manufacturer’s recommendation that this service be performed every 30–60K miles. My car has 120K miles, so it seemed like the appropriate time to do it. I scheduled my appointment and brought the car in on the coldest day of the year. When I met with the service representative, he told me that this type of service should not be performed once a car has crossed the 90K-mile threshold. He also stated that if they did change the transmission fluid, the dealership would not be responsible for any transmission issues that might arise later. He said that other services, such as a rear differential fluid change, should still be performed every ~45K miles so the car was due for it. I told him that I would follow the dealership’s recommendation regarding the transmission fluid, especially given his statement about liability, and asked them to proceed with the differential fluid change and to identify anything else that might need to be done with the car. I then left the car there and went home. That afternoon, I received a notification stating that my transmission fluid had been changed “per customer request” and that “KELLY INFINITI IS NOT LIABLE IF ISSUE OCCURS WITH CVT.” The notification also stated that the rear differential and transfer case fluid needed to be replaced and I can approve it if I wish to do so.... I called the service representative to ask about this and he reiterated that I had requested the transmission fluid change. He was not willing to listen to anything I had to say about our conversation from that morning. When I came to pick up the car, he handed it over without saying anything. I spent $400 on a service that may have damaged my vehicle, and the dealership’s position was that the work was done at the customer’s request. That is not accurate. I scheduled the service based on the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule and explicitly told the service representative that I would follow the dealership’s recommendation not to perform it. They did it anyway. Do not do business with such people.”

“Let me start this review by stating I despise buying a new car. I am older now and do not look forward to the process. With that out of the way I can’t give this dealership enough praise. 0 pressure 0 games, I made a deal to trade in my vehicle signed all the paperwork on a Saturday and we were set to transfer the vehicles on Monday. I started having cold feet and called and spoke to the GM Lisa, you can tell she has been in management for a long time, she was so pleasant to deal with, she was very communicative and professional. I couldn’t believe it but she even said I could get out of the deal if it made me feel better, I can guarantee you no other dealership would do that considering I had already made the deal. Lisa you were wonderful to deal with I really appreciate your professionalism. Also the salesman Matheus and finance manager Josh were both sharp and very nice to work with. Matheus actually followed me back to my house to return a garage door opener I left in my vehicle. The dealership is very lucky to have Lisa, Matheus, and Joshua as employees . If you are interested in a new vehicle I can recommend them enough. 5/5stars.”
