“Seriously disappointed with Ira after my last visit. Went to go get an oil change and have an issue with my window fixed. The issue was covered by warranty from my leased truck. What upset me the most was the mechanic who ripped apart my driver side door left it completely smudged up. No attempt to even wipe off the oil with a rag. I get it’s a work truck but at least have a little respect. I opted out of the complementary car wash because I had a ladder in the bed of my truck and it might get caught on the spinners. After sending a 4 star review I was contacted by an agent from Ira who said they were investigating the issue. I sent a photo of the smudged spot to the number they provided and they said they would get back to me within the next week. It’s been weeks since this interaction and absolutely no communication from Ira what so ever. I’m seriously disappointed with Ira Toyota it seems like all effort is minimal. I’m seriously considering continuing my lease with another dealership if this falls flat again. The service in person is always phenomenal and I have always had a good experience at Ira for the 4 years I’ve been a customer but these few months feel like the facility is really starting to fall apart at the seams. Update 10/18/2025- Picked up my truck after leaving it with Ira for a week and I’m very happy with the outcome. I really appreciate Ira for accommodating my issues and providing fixes while also going the extra mile to provide a detail. The mechanics and Autobody workers did a phenomenal job.
