“I recently had my car serviced, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, completing the service quickly. The waiting lounge was also fantastic, comfortable and well equipped with a great variety of snacks, water, and coffee/tea options. It made the wait much more pleasant.”

“Drove 2 hours yesterday to look at a car I saw online, a black 2021 Kia telluride. I called the day before to make sure it was still available, and explained I’ll be driving 2 hours to come look at it. When we pulled up in the parking lot and did a walk around, I noticed peeling paint on the decals, tarnished chrome around the windows, and the entire vehicle was full of surface scratches, almost like the previous owner washed it with a dirty rag. Disappointing but not a complete deal breaker, I can find a detailer/body shop guy. Everyone in the dealership is saying “it’s a nice car I can’t believe everyone driving from far to come look at it”, and when the condition was brought up, their response was “well it’s a used car”. It looks nice online yea, but the exterior was in rough shape. My 2019 looks better lol. Anyways, test drove it, then went in to talk numbers. During this time, the salesperson told me “well even if you buy it today, we need to safety inspect it. So you can come pick it up Monday.” According to CARFAX, this vehicle has been offered for sale since July 24th. That’s nearly a month and a half. Why is not safety inspected yet? Why am I test driving a vehicle that isn’t safety inspected? And why wasn’t it safety inspected the day I called or before I came in, knowing I was coming from 2 hours away? Seems suspicious and that was a turn off for me. Not only that, but it’s pretty inconvenient for me to drive 2 hours again to pick up a vehicle. They could’ve at least disclosed that over the phone. How can I trust that they won’t switch out parts or break something (their service dept doesn’t have great reviews anyways) or as another reviewer said, their vehicle had a new scratch when they picked it up. I decided against it, and as I told the lady “something doesn’t feel right I’m going to pass”, she responds “well someone is coming from New Hampshire to look at it, so it’ll be sold anyways”. Everyone was nice and all, but the whole experience was a turn off. Overall I’m glad I avoided this place.”

“Our car purchase at Bruce Bennett was an excellent experience. The car we were interested in was waiting for us and in perfect condition, Matt, our salesperson was very helpful and willing to discuss our needs, and the paperwork process was painless. Highly recommend.”

“I would like to leave and exceptional review for Mike in the Service department. I recently went in for an oil change and for the past seven years I had a problem that had gone undetected with the oil plug not being tightened thinking that it just was not put on or forgotten by the technician. This has happened four times in the past seven years and even while the car had been under the service contract at Bruce Bennett in Wilton. When this happened again this time around Mike insisted I go back in to have a look and I’m so glad I did because the threading on the oil plug was off making it very loose. In the past the service department gave me “free oil changes “ and even one other time had someone come to the house to look at it again and fix the leakage spill on the ground.. etc. I cannot thank Mike enough for his insight and customer service because I really didn’t want to give up my Saturday and go back but I’m glad I did because now the problem is finally solved.”
