Everyone was very nice and willing to answer all of my many questions since I would be coming from a long way away. I drove my trade the 17 hours out there after they let me put a deposit on the vehicle and held it for a week. The maintenance/service crew on staff there were very accommodating when it came to letting me look at the vehicle on the lift and addressed all of my concerns same day.
