“I took my son's 2016 Infiniti there for maintenance, and then had to leave it there for more repairs. Even though we didn't buy the vehicle from there, they still allowed me to use a loaner. COMPLIMENTARY! Also, I have never experienced service so great as I did there. What really impressed me was the service mechanic recording a video and explaining everything to me. What all was good and what extra work needed to be done. Also, sent pictures of other parts. All this was sent to me in a link. I am AMAZED at their service. Joey from the service department is also great. Always keeping me in the loop with the status of my son's vehicle. Even their waiting area is way better than I could of imagined.
