From the sales team to the finance team and customer service team , everyone had the same approach. Once I was ready to buy the vehicle , it couldn’t have been easier. I walked in , signed the docs, got a thorough and professional walk through of the vehicle features and drove off in under an hour . Awesome team of people !”

“A week ago I came here to fix my TPMS sensor since it had stopped working. I’d previously come here to fix another TPMS sensor so I decided to come back. Well I shouldn’t have because the next day the customer service representative called me to tell my the technician had looked at my car and gave my a list of 4 things ranging from $50-$800+ that he recommended I should fix. At first I was open to the recommendations but then the customer service representative said he recommended I change my cabin air filter. This made me confused because 2 weeks prior, I changed this filter on my own. I then asked the customer service representative for the estimate for the TPMS sensor repair and the quote the technician gave her was double what I had previously been charged at this same location - for reference, the part did not change in price it was just the labor cost up charge that this tech was trying to charge me. I then proceeded to tell the customer service representative that I didn’t trust the recommendations provided by the technician because 1) he was saying my brand new filter was “excessively dirty” and 2) he was attempting to charge me double for the TPMS repair. The customer service representative then went to talk to him and she then left me a voice mail saying he told her that he hadn’t even looked at my filter since he just assumed I hadn’t changed it since last time. To provide a recommendation without actually taking a look at my car is incredibly unprofessional and unethical - how can anyone trust anything that comes out of this techs mouth if he lies on paper and on top of that tries to charge extra? The customer service representative was amazing and called me to help out, but unfortunately your technician is a liar. This is the last time I’ll be ever bringing my car to this location because I’m so disappointed in how the technician acted! Would give zero star but the customer service representative was so kind.”

“Angel is one of the BEST!!!! He made my fiancé’s and I experience a great one! He listened to us like we were people( duh cause we are), he was straight forward and honest with every step and process. Everything was smooth and actually quick. He was friendly and kind. With his help and care for what his customers came in looking for, he was able to deliver in every way!! Today’s experience made today’s purchase even more sweeter! Robert was great! Another shop told me I needed an expensive service. You guys checked it out and found the car to be in good shape. No pressure whatsoever. And the cherry on the top was that you delivered the car to my house. Five star service. Thank you guys for a great hassle free experience!”
