“My experience purchasing a new car from Park Place Motorcars was spectacular! I previously purchase a car from another Park Place location and felt confident I’d get the same level of service from this one, and I was not wrong. I went in on a random Friday afternoon to test drive a model I was considering. I was matched with Marcel Hudson and he got the car right away. We went on a test drive and I said I wanted to test drive another model from a different manufacturer and would get back with him. Completely unimpressed by the attention I got at that store, I called Marcel and told him I’d be back in the morning to build out my order and make a deposit. We did it in 30 minutes the next day (there was another little drive in there or it would have been much less). Three and a half months later, my car came in. Not once during that time did he get annoyed by my request for an update on its place in the manufacturer’s queue. Once he saw it was ready and on a ship, he sent me the info on the ship so I could track it across the Atlantic. When it got to the store, he was sending me pics of it getting unloaded from the truck. In the meantime, we did all of the necessary paperwork so that I could speed through pickup. He helped me learn some of the tech (he showed me all of it, I just can’t remember because there is so much). I can’t praise Marcel and Park Place enough for the experience. As someone who also works in an automotive-related industry, I see daily the struggles customers have with the dealer they buy from. Just a small amount of attention and care for the customer goes a long way and makes them want to return.”
