“The experience with my car maintenance at Honda John Eagle exceeded my expectations. My maintenance agent, Javier, was extremely hospitable and took the time to thoroughly explain the details of the major maintenance my car required during my oil change. I came in during non-peak hours, and Javier went above and beyond by even polishing areas of my car’s paint that had been affected by droppings. Javier and his crew were incredibly efficient, and the level of service was truly outstanding. Everything was handled smoothly and with great care. I will definitely be coming back to Javier again. “From the start, the experience was frustrating. The service tech seemed more interested in asking where I purchased my car than addressing my warranty. He told me they would do their own diagnosis and later reported they found a small nail in my left front tire that could be patched — for $35. When I questioned the charge (because my tires are under warranty), he initially claimed I had no warranty at all. Only after I pressed him did he “find it.” I picked up my car on Friday, and the receipt stated the left front tire was patched. I drove home, parked the car, and by Sunday morning the same tire was completely flat. A local mechanic helped me remove the tire, and together we confirmed: • The large nail was still visibly embedded. • No patch could be found. On Monday, I returned to John Eagle Honda. The tech dismissed my concern at first, insisting the repair was done and even suggesting I “must have run over another nail.” Only when I showed him photos and video evidence from the first Honda inspection did he start taking me seriously. Eventually, after calling in the mechanic, they admitted they patched the right front tire — not the left front, as the paperwork stated. I asked how they missed the large nail when supposedly inspecting all four tires. They had no answer. Instead, they offered to replace my damaged tire and “try to waive the installation fee.” That is unacceptable. Not only was the work misrepresented on the paperwork, but I was also sent home with a dangerous, unrepaired tire. My safety was put at risk, and when I raised my concerns, I was dismissed until I provided proof. I have been a loyal John Eagle Honda customer since 2023 and previously had positive experiences with other service staff. Unfortunately, this experience was negligent, unsafe, and extremely disappointing. Consumers deserve honesty, accountability, and proper service — not excuses, dismissals, and paperwork errors.”
