“The first time I went to freedom Chevrolet the process was great. Jamil was great communicating well the second time I went it was horrible experience. I don’t think I will go back again because the communication skills was horrible. They didn’t let me know what was going on they just kept running my credit over and over knocking my credit score down. I told him from the get-go my situation. I purchased the car and I was just upgrading my car, but this time I work with several different people they bought three different people out and one was Jessica Communication skills are horrible. She didn’t respond to Texas kept talking Kil. He never he said he could get it done, but I explained to him. I only had it a year, but I don’t think I’m going back again.”

“About a month after purchasing my 2025 Buick Envista, the check engine light came on with an Evaporative Emissions System error. Shortly afterwards I brought the vehicle back to this dealership for maintenance. At that time, I was told there was an impending recall related to this issue that would be addressed in December. The light was turned off, but only a few days later, it came back on.
Concerned, I took the vehicle to a different Buick dealership and explained the situation. I was then informed that there is no pending or upcoming recall for this issue. At that point, it became clear that I had been given inaccurate information.
This raises serious concerns about transparency. I was sold a vehicle with a known emissions issue, and had I been required to undergo a state inspection, the car would not pass until this problem is properly fixed. I’m not due an inspection until June 2027 and Buick I’m sure wants for me to incur the cost for this repair.
I have documented this issue directly with Buick.com and am now sharing my experience here so other buyers are fully informed. I expected honesty and accountability when purchasing a new vehicle, and unfortunately, that standard was not met.
I hope being told a month after purchasing the vehicle that there was an impending recall in December and December coming and going was a “misunderstanding.”

“I really thought this was necessary especially service my country for thirty years. I like to say this is worst communication in history of any business. I first call and ask for Manager and said she was a manager. The truth she wasnt a manager. I told her I want something outdoor for $30,000 she said know problem. I ask her to call me she okay never received a call. I left a message never had a return call. I ask for the financial person got run around they was busy and they would return my call that didn't happen. I ask speak to any manager they was all busy. I was already approved”
