“One of the worst experience with a sales team! Called them in advance to check if the car I wanted to buy was available to look and test drive. Luther Johnson, sales agent, confirmed and gave us an appointment. Drove 45 miles to this dealer only to be told that the car couldn't be pulled out due to limited lot space. Sat there for 30+ minutes and was given a "I don't want to keep you guys waiting" - as if he didn't want to deal with us and just wanted us to leave. Clay Cooley - you lost a buyer today who would've made a purchase had you guys just communicated better.”

“Love getting my car serviced here. The techs are welcoming, friendly and happy to go the extra mile for you. On my most recent visit I was in a bit of a pickle and Lanie Neal came up with a solution over the phone and Brian O. led me straight to her once I arrived because everyone on staff was aware I was coming in. Not used to that kind of service at a dealer, but I sure hope to see more of it in the future. I've had limited exposure to the sales side, but what little I've had has been excellent. Terry planted some seeds in my head but didn't push so hard that it made me want to hide from him. Whenever I'm in the market for a new car I'll be checking here first.”

“Alex and Jay was the best salesman i have ever had. I had the best experience ever. I have heard ever bad things about Clay Cooley so I was dead set never to buy from Clay Cooley. But they have changed my mind. I even brought my husband the next week and he got a new car also. Larry in finance was great also both times with me and with my husband. These 3 guys are the best. Clay Cooley is lucky to have them.”

“I want to start off by saying everyone here was so welcoming and had warm smiles. I’m so socially awkward and everyone being nice made me feel at ease. I want to make a specific and huge shout out to Gee and Mr. J. I saw Gee on TikTok and decided to set an appointment to see about getting a SUV. Due to my own situations, I wasn’t able to get one, but they worked effortlessly to get me a great, new and efficient car. I love it and its great for my family of four, better than the car I originally had. They worked quickly due to me having to pick up my son at a certain time and me living an hour away. Yes I drove an hour for a car, but it was definitely worth it!”

“I purchased what was represented as a new 2025 Hyundai Palisade from Clay Cooley Hyundai Dallas. The car had 786 miles at delivery and clear signs of prior use (spider webs under the hood, dusty engine bay, dirty glass, storage marks, and a scratched key fob). Through my own research with Hyundai Customer Care and the Clay Cooley Hyundai Service Department, I learned the vehicle had previously been registered under another name. Yet it was sold to me as brand new. Because it was already registered, Hyundai now considers me the SECOND OWNER, which ❌ reduces my powertrain coverage from 10 years/100,000 miles to just 5 years/60,000 miles. After Clay Cooley publicly replied to my review, asking me to contact their service department, I did so, but was told this was not their responsibility since the car was not malfunctioning. ⚠️ Additional concerns: – ❌ Charged above MSRP (higher than Hyundai’s published MSRP) – ❌ Pressured into buying the mandatory “Family Guarantee” – ❌ Sold an expensive extended warranty despite the questionable status of the car Management continued to insist I was the first owner, contradicting what Hyundai and their own service dept confirmed. The whole process felt misleading — from lack of disclosure about the car’s history, to forced add-ons, to the poor delivery condition. ⚠️ Buyers beware: what you are told in the showroom may not reflect the actual history or condition of the car.”
