“Extremely disappointed in how my 2026 Ram was transfered to my possession after purchase.
The truck was taken to clean up/prep while I finished up with finance. The sales associate went over some of the features with me when I was finished with finance. I mentioned to him that the truck was not cleaned very well. The truck had dirty running boards and the grill was pretty dirty, as well as some blue marking on the exterior paint in some areas. Upon further inspection after arriving home the engine compartment was not even cleaned. It was a mess with dust/dirt. The truck had many blue marks on the exterior. The tires still had blue protectant on the raise white lettering. The interior had areas with dust. Totally disappointed in the so called prep/wash attempt.
When you spend a pretty good amount on a new vehicle I do not think its asking too much to have it turned over to you clean.
I sent an email to the sales manager and have not heard anything.”

“Why would you buy a Chrysler anywhere other than Culpepper Chrysler Dodge? This is the only dealership I will ever deal with. I’ve bought several Dodge vehicles over the years and finally found a dealership that is outstanding on all aspects (pricing, sales and customer service). If you’re a serious car buyer you know exactly what I’m talking about.”

“This review is for the service that I got from Thurston for the purchase of my 2026 Ram RHO. I was dealing with a bad situation with my current truck that I was working to get out of. I first contacted Thurston in June of 2025 and he was quick to respond to me and get me the info that I needed. At that point I needed more time for my issue to resolve itself and was not ready to purchase. Thurston and I would check in with each other monthly and if I needed anything he would get back to me. Most car salesmen may take your phone call once but then they always fail to follow up. Fast forward to October I was ready to buy and finally got to meet Thurston in person. He took GREAT care of me and gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase. I ended up in a VERY rare Delmonico Red RHO that the factory only took orders on for about two weeks before they discontinued that color. On top of that the price that I was offered was some of the most competitive and I had been doing my research for a few months. It was a pleasure doing business with this dealership and really how car buying should be. No gimmicks and very clear pricing. Could not be happier with my new truck. I was MORE than happy to drive the 90 minutes from NOVA and I would recommend anyone else to do the same. The team at Culpeper will take care of you!”

“What a great experience! Came in Sunday afternoon and Eli was so patient with us. We looked at 4 different vehicles. Started with a beautiful 2026 Durango, looked at a Jeep Wrangler, then a Grand Cherokee and a Ram 1500 Warlock. Eli gave us plenty of personal space to walk around while me and my family made our decision. We went inside told Eli what we wanted, did the process on his iPad and we were out in and hour. Elijah in finance never pushed all the unwanted stuff we told him what we wanted and in no time everything was complete. While we were doing paperwork they detailed the Durango and filled it up with gas. Eli met with us, put the tags on and thanked us again. What a great crew of professionals. 100% the best car buying experience i have ever had.”

“Easily the best experience I’ve had working with a dealership. Left with a new Tacoma. I had very tight constraints around what I wanted from a deal and they were able to work with me and get it done. Top tier customer service. Easy and quick process. What a car buying experience should be. Ask for Ahmed in sales! He was super easy to work with and made the experience so much better. Best salesman north of the Mississippi, I swear.”
