“I am very upset, im a independent hispanic man, i have been looking for a 2025 honda pilot trailsport specifically diffused sky pearl and been going back and forth with them on making some sort of good deal, cassie calls me, makes a deal i agree and tell her to send me the bill of sale and then erick the general manager tells me he can get me a better deal financing with them instead of my bank, as soon as i got out of work i call him and the deal tht we made was broken cuz they ended up selling the honda to someone else, to me they have no word and only care about themselves not the people same with the salesman he is hispanic only looking for his own interest not the people. Not even his own, i am incredibly upset and do not recomend them at all!!!”

They were unable to get my big 3500 dump on the lift but rather than me have to have my truck towed elsewhere they were willing to try and fix the problem without using the lift. Talk about major appreciation since it was already towed there. They went the extra mile by trying to find a needed part in the area rather than wait on the item to arrive on another day. Unfortunately we had to wait for the part but the fact they tried was great. Our business can not operate without our vehicles and Steve and team worked to get my truck back to me as quickly as possible. Thank you for making this experience smooth, easy and headache free.
