“I was not in the market for a new vehicle, but recent unfortunate events had me in need of one. I did my Gemini AI comparison, visited multiple dealerships looking at my top contenders and finally landed on the Chevy Traverse. I came into Martin Chevy to look at their red one. I was between that and a black one at another dealership, but the employees treated me with such respect and kindness that my decision barely even considered the color at the end (though hindsight I am VERY glad I got the red). They were not pushy, were very informative, and didn't make me physically walk out to negotiate (which yes did happen to me at another dealership).
