“My 2024 F250 had been at Friendly Ford for 19 days , and they told me it was ready to be picked up. They asked if I wanted to test drive it. Before taking it home and agree. we set up a time. Once I get there they brought the truck and it was filthy and dirty from being on their lot. I went ahead and test drove the truck with a representative and we both noticed that it had the same problem. on the 20th days , I called back and followed up. I told them that I had filled up a review and it wasn't very good. and that I had got another review. I was about to fill up. I asked about a rental car.He told me he was gonna get with his manager. They got back with me told me since. "I threatened them with the review to go ahead and pick up the truck" 20 days without a rental a car , they're bad about calling you and giving you an update. would you do business with them?
