“This was my 2nd time getting my oil changed. The 1st visit was great and friendly and affordable. This last visit was awful. The lady at the desk was not friendly. I had my appt scheduled earlier in the week and she asked if I was sure I had an appt as I had 2 text reminders. She wouldn't smile and was just hateful. She asked if I wanted a regular oil change and I said yes. When it was all done the price was $30 higher than last time due to my oil price going up? The older man said my car took a special oil. I did not request special oil. It cost me $90 to have my OIL CHANGED! IT WAS OUTRAGEOUS!!! I will not be returning. Terrible service and super unfriendly. Also the waiting area is dirty. I'll find a better place to get my car serviced. Even Republic was better than this.”
