Fantastic buying experience. Chris was my sales person, great guy. Very helpful. Paul the manager was extremely supportive and transparent. Chad in finance was fun to chat with and moved me through the process quickly. Can’t say enough good things, great group of guys and I’d buy from them again for sure!

Fantastic people to work with as part of my car-buying (that's plural) experience. Austin, our salesman, was especially helpful as we plowed our way through the paperwork to get to the finish line. BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a 100k vehicle from this place. They pushed and pushed and squeezed 40k out of me. I traded the vehicle in about 7-8 months later. The finance manager at the other dealership gave me paperwork to bring back to them because I had a refund for the warranty I purchased. I went to see the finance manager and he said I would be receiving two checks one for the gap and one for the extended warranty. I did receive the small check for gap however the larger check over 2k I heard nothing. I contacted the warranty company and bank and I was told the money was sent out three months prior and I should have received it already. I tried numerous times to contact the finance manager but kept getting excuses. Finally I went there and they told me they would get to bottom of this. Again no word. I called and called and got a hold of the finance manager. He told me if the dealership did receive they could not cut me a check because the banks were including the warranty in the payoffs that of the trade In. And this would be a double payout. I contacted the bank and warranty company again and they told me that was not true. The warranty and gap had nothing to do with the payoff of the vehicle. Lucky for me the lady at the bank stayed on the phone with me when I demanded to speak with the finance manager. When I told him I had the bank on the phone he started stuttering and sent me directly to the business office. The lady from the bank remained on the phone with me and also spoke with them. And the money MAGICALLY appeared and was told I could pick up a check the next day. Looking back if I would not have said anything or raised questions they would have kept my money. There is no telling how many people they have done this to. I will NEVER buy from any dealer with the name RAINBOW associated with it.
