“Wow, I just had my best car buying experience ever with Connor the manager at Rainbow CDJR in Covington LA. along with Brennan in sales & Ryan with finance. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and we all know how stressful that can be. I started looking at cars one week ago and it has been the most stressful week I’ve had in a long time with endless texts & phone calls soliciting my business, hours of traveling and even misleading information to get me into showrooms. When Connor contacted me with a follow up text from an inquiry I made he was totally different from the many others that persisted on getting me to look at what they had even if it was not what I was looking for or what I could spend. Honestly I was disappointed at first because I was looking forward to working with him but as soon as I met Brennan I saw the same sensitivity in her as I did with him. She immediately got the keys and we took a wonderful test drive that was more like a ride out with a friend. I was so impressed with the car I didn’t need to look at another and she immediately started a comfortable no pressure approach to begin the buying experience. About an hour after arriving I was sitting with Ryan from finance and signing a deal, one I knew was possible for both parties based on all my buying experience. Life is always about compromise if we are truly concerned about each other’s needs. I’ve had some serious tragedies, hurt & challenges in my life, I’ve been on top and have hit rock bottom but I’ve never given up on people and have always looked for the good in all. It’s people like Connor, Brennan & Ryan that help me keep that attitude. I’m hopeful the car I bought from them will give me good years but when I’m ready for another you can be sure I will be visiting them, thank y’all for a wonderful experience!!”
