“I made a phone call to Toyota of Covington and spoke with A young salesman named Raymond. He was the best!! He took great care of me and was very respectful And knowledgeable I told him I was coming in from Mississippi and wanted to know if we could at least get a preliminary deal over the phone so I wouldn’t make a trip for no reason. He said absolutely and worked with me quickly and courteously. There was absolutely no pressure just professionalism and a sincere desire to help me get the truck that I wanted. I can’t say enough about the experience I had at Toyota of Covington. Everyone I met was extremely nice and courteous. The facility is beautiful and of course Toyotas are the best trucks out there!!
They worked with me on financing and my trade-in. I am a very satisfied customer. I love my Tacoma truck.”

She was not pushy or trying to rush me, she genuinely showed me that she cared about my wants and needs and that is a win win in my book. I have been buying Toyotas since 1987 and this was by far my best experience.”
