“They sold me a car that the transmission has died three times and take no responsibility for it. Offered me pennies on the dollar for a trade in on a horrible car they sold me. Car is only 6 months old and has had 6,000 miles put onit. This place is a ripoff and a joke.”

“Paid to have a car shipped in and it was a mess. 90% of the damage was not depicted in the pictures and it had hidden damage in the under carriage. Poorly painted repairs not listed on CarFax, and it had tape holding parts of the vehicle together. Took it for a pre-purchase inspection and my mechanic told me “absolutely no way should I buy this car”. When I returned the vehicle and told them all that was discovered, they only asked, “so you’re not moving forward with the purchase”? I was very disappointed.”

“I had a great experience with Clint! This was my first time buying a car in nearly 10 years, and my first time doing a trade-in. I found a car I liked and paid to have it shipped to the Covington location to test drive. I was able to drive on my own and inspect the vehicle as much as I wanted to. There was absolutely no pressure from the Carmax Staff. I also appreciate the 10 day return option, “no questions asked”. Clint was super friendly, answered all of my questions, and gave me the clarity I needed to feel comfortable making a purchase. The entire buying process took about 2 hours and he guided me step by step. So much more relaxed than going to a standard dealership!”
