“I purchased a car at Pacific Auto Center in Costa Mesa last week. Unfortunately the bad reviews on this dealership are true. The biggest issue is the lack of integrity. They use classic dealership style scams like a bait and switch tactic on pricing. They advertised a price for my van to which i agreed upon and didn't even try to negotiate them down from their listed asking price. We went into an office to finalize the deal where they attempted to charge an additional $5,500 for paint protection, theft deterrents, tint, and other add-ons that were never discussed beforehand. They lied about the addons not being able to be removed. I also found a problem with the suspension and asked their mechanic to look at it and let me know what we can do about it. He came back and said the car was perfectly fine. When i got it to my mechanic the brakes were completely gone and the right front wheel bearing was shot. I gave them a chance to make it right and pay for those repairs that their mechanic and sales rep lied about. I even offered to split the difference on those repairs and i would pay half but management said flat NO. Took no responsibility for the lies, won't answer calls etc. I will say my sales rep was a nice guy but what does nice get you when your dealing with a shady dealership. I won't ever buy from them again. Buyer beware!”

“Without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto dealership. I’ve purchased over 75 vehicles through my company and personally, and this was without a doubt. Absolutely unacceptable
I purchased an F150 in July 20 25 and purchased the package to have all of my information sent to Utah. I asked them numerous times to make sure that there would be no problems as I didn’t have time as a business owner to deal with paperwork and the hassle of department of motor vehicles. They assured me numerous times they would take care of everything I waited months for the information to be processed through this auto group in Costa Mesa. I had to follow up with more than 10 phone calls. It is now almost December 20 25 and I still have not received my title.
Additionally, I don’t even have a registration that’s up-to-date and I’m driving illegally every day and have been for the past five months
If you wish to have a vehicle registered in your name out of state do not use this company for any reason whatsoever. You’ll be left out in the cold and vulnerable to being pulled over by law-enforcement and receiving a huge violation. I would never purchase a vehicle from this company again.”
