“Deceptive Practices and Terrible Customer Service
I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat. I reached out to them to sell my Pacifica minivan after they contacted me and promised they would offer a higher price than any other dealership. They even confirmed the price I was expecting before I made the drive to the dealership.
However, when I arrived, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare:
Complete Disregard for My Time: I was ignored as soon as I arrived. Despite having an appointment and confirming the offer over the phone, I was made to wait for an unreasonably long time with no updates or explanations.
False Promises: After finally being seen, they completely backtracked on their offer, telling me they could not honor the price even though they had confirmed it earlier. The offer they gave me was less than the KBK Instant Offer, which I had already been given, making the entire process feel like a waste of time.
Unprofessional Service: The staff acted uninterested and dismissive of my concerns. It was clear that they had no intention of following through on the initial offer, and I felt like I was being misled the entire time.
Total Waste of Time: I left the dealership feeling completely disrespected and taken advantage of. They had no problem wasting my time, and it's clear they do not value their customers.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Their promises are empty, and their customer service is terrible. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.”

“I had an amazing experience at Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge! Jose was the one who helped me, and he was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable throughout the process.
The entire team was welcoming and professional, but Jose really made the experience special with his kindness and genuine customer care. I never felt pressured or rushed, just supported.
I highly recommend Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and if you can, ask for Jose! He made this such a positive and stress-free experience.”

“Me and my wife were traveling from California to Kentucky when my check engine light came on over the grapevine. I googled a few places and saw good reviews for oc Chrysler so I thought I'd give them a chance since the truck only has 45000 miles on it! This was July 3rd unfortunately so the holiday was coming up. Dealing with Taylor was great but she informed me it was her last day so I was assigned Lonna love for my new service advisor. Trying to get in touch with her was near impossible via text or calls. I received a text july 8th saying they need to pull out the transmission and rebuild it. Ok...45000 miles on it and needs rebuild already?? Wow. July 14th, the transmission is finally built and now going back in. July 15th, 4:30pm, truck is finally done so I opted to pick it up in the morning. I got the truck back filthy dirty plus damage to mirror, dent on hood, and missing grill piece!!!! It even says they damaged the side mirror on the paperwork!!! Why not fix it?? Grease prints all over the place too. Stay away from this dealer. Unless you don't mind no communication and damage to your vehicle!!!”

“Went in there stressed out because I had an issue with my air-conditioning, but luckily, I had an extended warranty through ally. My service advisor, Taylor explained the entire process to me and kept me informed the entire time in while the vehicle was there they discovered a variety of issues that luckily were also covered under my warranty.
Taylor went the extra mile for me along with providing a rental and making sure I had a way to get to and from work and keeping me informed through email, text message and phone calls.
I’ll definitely bring bringing my vehicles back here in the future.”

“You will call them they will never call you back. You will leave your car there it will come back scratched. When you address issues about the service they won’t care. The way the service manager (Ferdie) will speak to you with a derogatory tone saying “Looks here you live in “Newport Beach”, you want us to come pick you up?” Never said sorry for anything done wrong and only gave me arrogant excuses. The lack of compassion and intelligence to solve problems dealing with customers will make this dealership suffer greatly. Worst experience at a dealership of my life. 9 hour fix job took a week. Not only did they not clean up the job after multiple oil leaks they have zero respect for customers. Good luck getting anything done here. Ferdie the service manager has no regard or respect for customers. Most likely the manager who hires these people is to blame.
Never in my life have I been so disrespected. They had to mention insurance doesn’t include cleaning the car if it leaks. Problem is that they just don’t care. The front of the building looks beautiful but when it comes to treating your car the same, no way. When I was leaving they gave me a $5 voucher to go wash the car and vacuum the car myself! What an insult. $2700 to fix two leaks that they didn’t even clean up. Not only that, after all was said and done they put dirty oil back in the car! How will I know if it’s still leaking? I won’t. Now I have to fix all this mess myself.”
