“THEIR MISDIAGNOSIS WILL COST YOU $$$$$ Probably the worst experience with them to date. Brought a vehicle in for a vibration in the driveline, a month later I’m being charged 900$ for brakes and the vibration is still there. Not only is it still there but after the misdiagnosis they noticed a bend in the driveshaft after yet again explaining to them my original concern was the u joints or carrier bearing. The new yes man “joe” explained to me that although he doesn’t agree with it either that they will have to charge me nonetheless even after recognizing it was a misdiagnosis and not even remotely part of the vibration - in fact, all of the brakes had been replaced prior to the appointment. Along with this issue they have been unable properly diagnose the brand new ram I purchased from them with 17 miles on it. 5 months later they have yet to even come remotely close to being able to diagnose the issue or repair anything outside of a software update.”

“We worked with Josh to buy our new Jeep Grand Cherokee. From the start, customer service was top notch. Zero hounding, inappropriately aggressive sales tactics, bad mouthing other brands we were considering - none of that. He cut the BS, delivered options we asked for in a way that still allowed me time to think through, discuss with my husband and make a decision. Ultimately, I had a vehicle offer with similar features at a lower price elsewhere. But knowing I was giving my business to an establishment that went out of their way at every step to eliminate unnecessary pressure and stress from the situation while offering first class service was one of the final major deciding factors. I’m grateful Josh was the one who handled our purchase! Spending on a new car can be stressful and this experience was the opposite. Looking forward to doing business here again down the road.”

“I went in for a routine oil change today at the Chrysler location in Corydon, IN. I have to say their service advisors are always friendly and helpful. Today Lynzie was my advisor. She took time to explain details about my jeep and keep me informed about service suggestions and looked into finding extra parts I needed for my vehicle. She answered all my questions and was very patient. I always have a good experience at Chrysler in Corydon rather its purchasing a new vehicle or coming in for service. I cant imagine going anywhere else. Its an extra bonus that John Jones is also so close to home.”
