“I took my pride and joy Tacoma in for an oil change service job, they gave it a (COMPLIMENTARY) wash job with a wash mitt full of rocks. It’s visible to see every move that mitt made all over my Tacoma. Was brought up to the service guy ALEX DE PAZ, and he said it was complimentary so it didn’t cost me…We insisted he had to fix all the scratches they caused in my perfect paint. His reply was whatever keeps my wife and my 17 year old daughter from coming back bitching…They did a half ass buff job on my pickup that was easily picked apart. They acted like it was a total inconvenience to make them repair a problem that they caused, and should have never happened. Stay away from Corvallis Toyota if you take pride in your vehicle, and deserve exceptional customer service.”

“I recently stopped at the Corvallis Toyota Dealer to have my right headlight replaced. The mechanic was great. He was able to get on it right away. He was talkative and friendly and even showed me how to replace the bulb for next time. The whole process took only 10 or 15 minutes. And he happened to charge me only for the bulb and did not charge for the labor. I walked out paying a little less than $25 and was a very happy man. The rest of the staff was also very kind and pleasant. And lastly, as you would expect, the place is perfectly clean. Everyone knows that Toyotas are great cars. But if you didn't know, this is also a great dealership.”

I purchased this BMW 2017 340i dealership claims they did presale inspection then what is all of this? 2017 BMW 340i and the problems stemming back to day 1 of delivery. 5 minutes after driving the car for the FIRST time after being delivered from Oregon to California. (3) Check engine light at 70,333 miles January 19 2025 at 2:20 P.M. Scanned for fault codes: P0420 Catalyst below threshold code popped up January 23rd 2025 at 4:14 P.M. (4) Damaged key fob When I received the key I did not realize it had been wrapped together with electrical tape. I went to open the trunk with the key fob and it wouldn’t open so I pulled the actual key out of the key fob to open my trunk and the whole thing split into 3 pieces. February 5th 2025 2:52 A.M. (5) side view camera malfunction March 2nd 2025 5:56 P.M. (6) leaking expansion tank / 0 coolant March 3rd 2025 5:58 P.M. Drivetrain malfunction from check engine light March 7th 2025 at 3:51 P.M. (7) radiator fan assembly rusted, noisy grinding sounds March 11th 2025 3:50 P.M. Pulled over for incorrect plates and was told to get a temporary license plate at dmv (tag not visible behind the tinted rear view window) . The car does NOT pass smog. March 15th at 10:09 A.M. Bank 1 sensor 1 02 sensor replaced to get rid of drivetrain malfunction March 15th 2025 10:43 P.M. Scan for codes after 02 sensor replacement Combustion control idle irregular (Current Final codes remain: 21A02D Combustion control idle irregular 180001 Catalytic converter: efficiency too low) March 16th, 2025 (8) Loud screeching brakes (I was told they are rusted from Oregon rain) . It's now 3 months later and the noise Remains as well as the brake service reminder on the dashboard. March 25th, 2025 Checked for loose ground cable before I took off to work as suggested and still no luck, both positive and negative terminals are tightened securely.
