“We had a great experience buying my daughter’s vehicle. Glenn Taylor (Salesman) was amazing. He was so personal, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable. I really appreciate how he answered most of my questions via text message. So when we got to Sames Ford he knew exactly what we wanted.
John Cano (Finance Manager) also was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. No one was pushy or tried to over sale.
We were so happy we asked for their cards and will definitely be recommending our friends and family to them.”

“We had a mystery noise and were a long way from home when Robert in Service booked us in. There is always a concern when getting work done by a dealer you don’t know, especially when you’re from another country. But Robert really set us at ease and let us know at every stage of work precisely what was going on and why. Very happy with the work and the price.”

“I was blessed to get Matt Smith as my salesman. Matt went above and beyond to keep me comfortable, feel heard, and get me the best deals. Matt even went outside to personally removed my stickers on my vehicles when the deals were done on both my vehicles. When you go by Sames Ford, make sure you ask for him. He was amazing!!!!”

“Got here for an oil change at 3:15pm it’s now 4pm and no one has even touched the truck , they have 1 mechanic out of the 3-4 mechanics that are just sitting around watching paint dry apparently.. just walking around and on their phones. They don’t even have a ford dealership oil change center it’s across the street quick lane 3rd party company with sky high oil change prices , do yourself a favor and go to another dealer for your service work what a joke. Then a guy randomly pulls up and the mechanic starts putting his off-road tires on rims while I’m sitting here waiting for my truck that got here at 3:15 to do a simple oil change. I guess you need to “know” someone here to skip the line as they do side favors for buddy’s, while their customers sit there patiently waiting . What a joke . Wish I could give this 0 stars for zero effort. Thanks for wasting my time”

“So the finance managers were excellent AT BOTH DEALERSHIPS. Ralf in finance at the main store was beyond helpful! My salesman emmanuel was horrendous! The saleslady next to mine at this dealership did way more for me than my own. My salesman lied, avoided answering questions, ignored requests to speak to management multiple times, wont respond to issues. It is almost as if once a customer signs paperwork, you are no longer valued. The truck had issues before pulling off the lot and I was told to take it over to the main dealership to have fixed at no cost. Waiting for results on this part of me experience. I'm trying to not let one bad egg ruin the positive aspects of the experience. As of now, with the way things are going, I most definitely would not recommend the used dealership. I will update this status depending on how the current situations are handled.
Update: The dealership is following through with what they said they would do. No charge. Mrs. Martina In used service was beyond excellent!
I would purchase again from them if another salesperson was available.”
