Last week I went to Sames Ford to look at mustangs. Chris Garcia was the sales associate who helped me. He was awesome! It was a very relaxed experience. I had a good test drive, and he answered all my questions. I ended up buying a new Ford 2025 mustang. It's an awesome car! It not only looks amazing, but drives extremely well. Also, the managers Ralph and Daniel were very helpful. If you're looking for a Ford, I would definitely ask for Chris Garcia.

This was the best buying experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Everyone was professional, yet friendly. Most importantly, they were very knowledgeable about the product and understood my car needs and how to fulfill them. The after sale follow-up was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is buying a new car!

repair was accomplished. the state of the interior of the cab upon delivery was trashed. If this is the allowed practice of this shop and continues as such, I suspect your business will began to falter. If an affluent customer had his vehicle delivered in these conditions there would be a tremendous complaint to the general manager of the store. The people responsible for having left the inside of the cab in the condition it was left in should not be allowed to work there. The valet who delivered the unit was also irresponsible by ignoring the condition of the trashed interior. If anything the valets should be instructed to be vigilant of conditions that are not favorable for the shop. I have had my cars serviced there for over twenty years. I am concerned about taking my vehicles there again. The store manager was contacted and he showed valid concern and offered to detail the vehicle free of charge. The office was appreciated but the fix would be to deal with the irresponsible person or persons that created the mess. I am now actually concerned over the status of the repairs if the sloppiness of trashing the vehicle's interior is any sign of responsibility. Have been to other ford dealerships for service and was not happy with the procedures. This shop has always been exceptional. Look to the responsibilities of delivering a clean vehicle is all one would be happy with. With regrets Thank you..

Best dealership experience!! All employees involved were friendly, professional and courteous while taking care of business. From showing the features of the vehicle that I purchased to handling my trade-in, I was very impressed with everyone. Very straightforward with all pertinent details and they even helped set up my Ford Pass app and get my new car loaded into the app before I drove off the lot. I will trade here again. I am so happy to be back in a Ford and to have found a great dealership so close to Rockport. And I love my new Bronco Sport - Badlands. It's comfy, sporty and luxurious all at the same time and I can go literally anywhere (subject to a 8" clearance).

So the finance managers were excellent AT BOTH DEALERSHIPS. Ralf in finance at the main store was beyond helpful! My salesman emmanuel was horrendous! The saleslady next to mine at this dealership did way more for me than my own. My salesman lied, avoided answering questions, ignored requests to speak to management multiple times, wont respond to issues. It is almost as if once a customer signs paperwork, you are no longer valued. The truck had issues before pulling off the lot and I was told to take it over to the main dealership to have fixed at no cost. Waiting for results on this part of me experience. I'm trying to not let one bad egg ruin the positive aspects of the experience. As of now, with the way things are going, I most definitely would not recommend the used dealership. I will update this status depending on how the current situations are handled. Update: The dealership is following through with what they said they would do. No charge. Mrs. Martina In used service was beyond excellent! I would purchase again from them if another salesperson was available.
