My appointment was at 4:30, I dropped my car off at 4:27, I didn’t receive my car until 6. Not a big deal. There was only 1 other person getting their car serviced which made it odd but I did not get pressed about it because they very well could have been understaffed. The lady who conducted the check-in/out process was quick and nice. Amy offered a good deal on my oil change which was great! The critiques I have is that they had my car for that amount of time and did not provide the wash like it was stated in the receipt. Also, the link to track my car’s progress did not update at all nor did I receive any link to accept/decline any service the car may have needed. For the most part, my experience was decent.

Prompt and friendly check in. Angel processed paperwork and was contact person thru out the service process . He estimated it would take 2 hours, took 3. Waiting room was comfortable, coffee and snacks available. Pets are okay to bring. Great service.

I was interested in a 2021 Nissan titan that had popped up for sale on their website. It said the vehicle was in corona on their website. So I made an appointment to check it out. When I get there I’m greeted by the sales rep I was talking to over text. He was nice although I don’t remember his name. They informed me over the phone that the truck was there and they had great rebates going on. Short while later after having me sit and wait for 10 minutes they inform me the truck isn’t ready and it’s in San Bernardino getting a full inspection because they were making it a CPO vehicle. I said okay I’m just wondering what my payment would look like and what type of rebates you guys have for the vehicle. Edgar the sales manager (don’t think I forgot you buddy) came off extremely arrogant and asked why I wanted a titan if I was trying to haggle the price. He asked if I had looked at a more economical vehicle since I couldn’t afford the titan. I told him I only wanted a titan and that’s it. He walked away and said he couldn’t do much for me. That Same night I ended up taking the drive down to Nissan of San Bernardino. There I was helped by Daniel (who I purchased the truck from by the way Edgar) and was able to be first in line once the truck was ready after inspection. Daniel called me once it was ready and we closed the deal. Point here is Edgar the sales manager was extremely unprofessional and made zero effort to try to even help me or sell me the vehicle.

Had a great time with their service team. Was in the area and brought my z to them for an oil change. Super cool guys which were very careful with my vehicle as well.

My experience with Corona Nissan has been wonderful! Israel Garcia in the service department was the best. He was professional, very helpful and courteous. He kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle and worked with my insurance as well as with me to let us understand what was going on. It was my first experience with Corona Nissan, but i know that I will definitely go back to them for anything else I may need. Thank you Israel for being so patient with me and explaining what I needed to know.
