“This was one of the smoothest and happiest experiences. Our sales guy Nima showed us a truck and we loved it. Came in did all the paperwork and was out the door in our beautiful truck. He was personable, attentive, and made sure he got us into the right vehicle. I definitely recommend talking to him to get you in the right vehicle.”

“Dilon was the best dealer and helper he made sure to stay within my price or try to do so with me! Go to him for any car!! You’ll be satisfied & the sales manager Kelly was great as well he made sure to give us the deal we needed with no hassle both guys were reasonable , fair , well spoken , nice , caring , and knew exactly what they were talking about. As well as the finance man Jabin was amazing too & well spoken. Best dealership!”

“Normally going into a dealership is daunting, and usually full of pressure to buy more. I had quite the opposite experience here. Natalia was our sales associate and she was AMAZING! We had a great experience test driving and eventually buying the perfect car for us. They even gave us more for our trade in than any where else. Highly recommend, we definitely will be back to buy another!”

“Overall we left this dealership very impressed. I’m very thorough about every detail of my vehicle purchasing decisions, including a week’s worth of prior research and in-person calculations.
Dan, our dealer, was an absolute breeze to work with. He took his time to guide us through multiple vehicles periodically despite the cold, kindly explained every detail as if he were a friend, and gave us honest opinions about whether certain items suited our personal needs. Despite many questions, requests, and hours spent, he was enthusiastic and welcoming the entire time. We walked away very pleased with his initial offer on the vehicle and of his suggested financing route and deals.
Scott, the finance manager, helped us with finances/coverage/paperwork and explained each package in detail very clearly and transparently, encouraging questions and giving suggestions. He was very honest and made sure we were aware of everything to keep us safe and protected, even visually demonstrating our coverage and outcomes throughout the years. We walked away feeling even happier than before after “the finance/warranties talk” which is definitely rare.
Overall the honesty, professionalism, and kindness of everyone at this dealership is top notch. I can’t wait to come back to this dealership and our new go-to dealer Dan for our family’s next vehicle needs.

Texas Nissan of Grapevine exceeded every expectation I had.
From the moment I pulled into the lot to the moment I drove away in my new vehicle, the entire experience was smooth, respectful, and genuinely positive. Joel was an incredible salesperson, knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He truly listened to what I needed and worked within every parameter I had, making sure I understood all my options without ever making me feel rushed or talked down to.
