“I have never left a review for any business but have to give a SHOUT OUT to Berl and the team at Subaru of Concord! I purchased my 2019 Outback and have had all recommended services performed there. They are nothing but professional, honest and easy to work with. They’ve never pressured me to do work that is recommended. Customer service is not just their pledge, it’s a promise and they’ve kept it to me all these years!!”

“Subaru Concord has far exceeded my expectations. From the service department to the sales team. Noa, our salesperson was an outstanding sales representative but an even better person. The deal we received on our trade in and on our new Outback was far better than what Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Tesla, or Volvo was offering for my trade in and a 3% reduction on the purchase of my new car. If you’re looking for a great deal, with friendly service and customer service, look no further than Subaru Concord. We will be purchasing our next car from this dealer. I am not wasting my time with anyone else the next go around. Thank you!”

“The place is clean, look professional, well trained staff.
Whereas I wouldn't buy another Subaru ever. The brand (not the dealer)did a Warranty extension on CVT transmission when the should have done a recall, I wouldn't put a dollar on a Subaru over other Japanese brands ever again, just to clarify we didn't bought the car from this dealer, however one of the plus of buying a Subaru for me particularly was the reliability and the resale value, if a car line transmission has to be replaced over 100k (that could be 100.001) miles the resale value of this model immediately falls to 0. Which makes the car no better than a Nissan or a Dodge with the well known problems.”

“My husband and I had the most amazing experience buying our very first Subaru here recently.
We fell in love with a pristine pre-owned Outback in our favourite colour of blue.
Our sales person Noa made the beginning to end process exceptional and easy.
No pressure, just very informative and respectful. By the end of the process, she made us feel like family.
She should be rewarded and studied for how to interact with customers because she has made us a lifelong Subaru couple.
Thank you — Noa — for the White Glove Experience you gave us .. Complete with Japanese candies and the sweetest note left in our new car we call “Bluebird.”

“First time Subaru buyer and I've never had such a pleasant experience at a car dealership. The showroom, service area, waiting room and restrooms were immaculate. But that's nkt why you go to a dealership, is it? Buying the car there was a top shelf venture from the first minute. Noa Kobayashi was my sales rep and if more reps were like her, dealerships around the world would be sold out of cars. She was very knowledgeable about the cars I tested, most professional and easy to talk to. Never pressured me or caused me to feel like I was wasting her time. Wasn't sure I'd buy one, but after having all my questions answered and working out an acceptable trade; I drove home one of the cars I tested. Thanks, Noa!
Edit: I forgot to mention the service department. I asked for a hitch and they had it done that day with no issues. I will not hesitate to return.”
