“By no means was our experience perfect, but I’m giving 5 stars because of how the team responded to raised issues. That means so much more in my book. We had known for months what we were generally looking for, and I did about 6-8 weeks of research into manufacturers, models, production years, dealerships, etc. to see what would be best for us. Ultimately, I found a truck at the Ben Mynatt dealership that checked all my boxes. I did research on its value, features, warranty, etc. before I even contacted the dealership. When I was ready, I contacted them and setup a test drive. The test drive and initial meeting with staff didn’t go as planned, and we decided to walk away and not purchase the vehicle initially. Then, enter Justin. He called and asked about our experience. I’m not one to hold back, so I respectfully relayed my concerns regarding our experience and he listened. I was surprised by his genuine response and transparency. He looked into everything for us and spoke to me plainly… not like someone just trying to make an easy sale. He has followed up with us throughout the process and is ultimately the reason we chose to continue with purchasing a vehicle. I thank him for his professionalism, transparency, and good communication. We look forward to a great vehicle that will last us for years to come! “I don't normally enjoy a car dealer experience, but this one was different. I was shopping online to begin with and consulted with Bryan in internet sales who answered all my questions and made the deal very straight forward and painless. Once we agreed on a price and terms, i went to the dealership and worked with Gennene (who was awesome by the way) to check out the new car and to finalize the financing with Anthony. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and made sure I was happy before i left. The family type atmosphere was nice. I tried to get Cyndie the owner to include the classic Camaro in the showroom, but i didn't have much luck with that lol.
