“Andy Culver is the epitome of top notch client service at Mercedes-Benz of Easton Columbus, OH He made my first ever experience with the service department outstanding by answering my many questions and connecting me with an organization to purchase a front end sway bar which his team will install. He even informed me that my 2019 Leisure Travel Van would not need servicing until August 2026. His team did go over the Sprinter chassis to doublecheck it’s road worthiness ahead of a drive to Florida. On top of all this, Andy had a relatable personality and a twinkle in his eye. I will return for all of my service needs and recommend the dealership to family and friends!”

“I would like to leave a review about my experience working with Chance Moran and the dealership — we were extremely satisfied with the level of service. Our vehicle purchase initially took place remotely, as we were buying from another state. From the very beginning, Chance demonstrated a high level of professionalism. He was knowledgeable, polite, always responsive, and provided very fast and detailed email replies. Every answer was thorough and thoughtful, and it truly felt like he was always trying to help, not just sell a car. The overall service honestly felt like a five-star hotel experience. Upon our arrival, we were even picked up from the airport, which was an unexpected but very appreciated gesture. We purchased a Mercedes EQS, and once we arrived, there were a few nuances with the vehicle that we were not aware of prior to our flight. What really mattered was how Chance and the team handled the situation. Every concern was addressed professionally, calmly, and efficiently. All issues were resolved quickly on-site, and we always received clear and honest answers to every question. This was our first electric vehicle, and the level of support we received was outstanding. Chance took the time to walk us through the setup, explain all features, and make sure we fully understood how everything works. The guidance and consultation were thorough and extremely helpful. We flew in from Chicago, and despite visiting several dealerships there, we can confidently say that none of them provided a comparable level of service. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Chance Moran. If you are looking for a great car and truly exceptional customer service, this is the place to go.”
